  • 2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until it turns golden brown and smells nutty. Remove from heat.
  3. Add honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the browned butter and mix well.
