- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice

- 2 large eggs
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat together sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and eggs until smooth.
- Add softened cream cheese to the lemon mixture and beat until well combined.
- Fold in whipped topping until no white streaks remain.
- Pour filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
