- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package taco shells
- 1/4 cup sticky chili honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add diced chicken, cooking until no longer pink.
- Add pineapple, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Fill taco shells with the chicken mixture.
- Place the filled tacos on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Drizzle sticky chili honey over the tacos before serving.
