- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and beaten egg.
- Stir in the chopped pecans.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough into triangles and place a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the pecan filling.
