Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and beaten egg.
  3. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough into triangles and place a spoonful of the pecan mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
