Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground hamburger
  • 2 cups fresh green beans
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (low carb version)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, brown the ground hamburger and sauté the onions.
  4. Add the fresh green beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and garlic powder; mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with chopped turkey bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
