- 1 pound ground hamburger
- 2 cups fresh green beans
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 slices turkey bacon
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (low carb version)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground hamburger and sauté the onions.
- Add the fresh green beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and garlic powder; mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with chopped turkey bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
