Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mint chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup green food coloring
  • 2 cups whipped cream for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (162°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mint chocolate syrup, mixing until combined.
  6. Fold in heavy cream and green food coloring until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is set.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  10. Top with whipped cream before serving.
