- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add shrimp. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce, then layer with noodles, ricotta cheese, shrimp, crab, and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, mix some spinach in with the ricotta.
- Pair with a fresh salad for a complete meal.
