Description

A rich and delicious lasagna featuring shrimp and crab, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add shrimp. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce, then layer with noodles, ricotta cheese, shrimp, crab, and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, mix some spinach in with the ricotta.
  • Pair with a fresh salad for a complete meal.
