Description

A deliciously creamy seafood lasagna bake that combines the richness of seafood with the comfort of lasagna. Perfect for family gatherings and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine shrimp and scallops with heavy cream and parsley.
  5. To assemble, spread a layer of the seafood mixture in a baking dish, followed by a layer of noodles, then a layer of cheese mixture. Repeat until ingredients are used up, finishing with a cheese layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add different seafood like crab or lobster for variation.
  • For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes to the cream mixture.
