- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine shrimp and scallops with heavy cream and parsley.
- To assemble, spread a layer of the seafood mixture in a baking dish, followed by a layer of noodles, then a layer of cheese mixture. Repeat until ingredients are used up, finishing with a cheese layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add different seafood like crab or lobster for variation.
- For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes to the cream mixture.
