- 4 stalks celery, cut into logs
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well blended.
- Fill each celery log with the cream cheese mixture.
- Chill the stuffed celery logs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
