- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Shape the beef mixture into small patties and cook on the griddle until fully cooked.
- On one half of each tortilla, layer the cooked beef, shredded cheese, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape and grill until the tortillas are golden and the cheese melts.
- Slice the quesadillas and serve hot.

- Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings inside the quesadilla.
