Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard


Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Shape the beef mixture into small patties and cook on the griddle until fully cooked.
  4. On one half of each tortilla, layer the cooked beef, shredded cheese, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  5. Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape and grill until the tortillas are golden and the cheese melts.
  6. Slice the quesadillas and serve hot.
