Delicious and easy to make, these zucchini patties with turkey bacon are a flavorful treat perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm.
