Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup wonton wrappers
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 bunch bok choy, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shrimp, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
  2. Spoon a small amount of the shrimp mixture onto each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wonton with water and fold over to seal.
  4. Bring chicken broth and water to a boil in a pot.
  5. Add wontons carefully and cook for about 5 minutes or until they float.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, then add bok choy and cook until wilted.
