- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- In a food processor, combine the cooked white beans, caramelized onions, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional rosemary if desired.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
