Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a food processor, combine the cooked white beans, caramelized onions, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional rosemary if desired.
