- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef, stirring until combined.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, followed by half of the beef mixture, and half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Top with sour cream, jalapeños, and cilantro before serving.
