Instructions

- In a skillet, sauté spinach, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes until soft. Add black pepper and garlic powder.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place filling in the center of each circle, fold and seal the edges.
- Boil ravioli in salted water until they float, about 3-5 minutes.
