Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add water and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
  2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, sauté spinach, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes until soft. Add black pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  5. Place filling in the center of each circle, fold and seal the edges.
  6. Boil ravioli in salted water until they float, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce.
