- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- Grease a muffin tin and place a wonton wrapper in each cup.
- Fill each cup with the beef mixture, then top with salsa and cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and top with sour cream and green onions before serving.
