Ingredients

- 1–2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2–1 tsp chili garlic sauce or sriracha (optional)
- 1/4–1/3 cup warm water
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and chili sauce.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Slowly add warm water while whisking to reach desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed—more lime for tang, honey for sweetness, chili sauce for heat.

- Use natural unsweetened peanut butter for the best flavor.
- Substitute maple syrup for a vegan version.
