This delicious tater tot casserole combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a flavorful twist on a classic dish.

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package tater tots
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
- Add the chicken ham, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, mixing well.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked meat mixture with the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with tater tots.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some diced jalapeños to the meat mixture.
- Feel free to substitute any vegetables you like in the casserole.
