Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
