Golden, cheesy garlic bread stuffed with a creamy mixture of crab and shrimp – the perfect party appetizer or holiday treat.

- 1 loaf French bread or baguette
- ½ lb cooked shrimp, chopped
- ½ cup cooked crab meat
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Optional: red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, mayonnaise, Old Bay, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Cut bread into 3–4 inch pieces and hollow out the centers.
- Spoon seafood mixture into each piece, press gently to seal if needed.
- Brush outsides with melted garlic butter.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm with optional dipping sauces.
Notes
- Use canned or imitation crab as a budget-friendly alternative.
- Stuffed bread can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
