- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
