  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
  3. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sear chicken in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes each side.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and top with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with green onions before serving.
