- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sear chicken in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes each side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and top with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from oven and garnish with green onions before serving.
