  • 1 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine Dijon mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the spiral ham in a roasting pan and score the surface with a knife.

  5. Cover the ham loosely with foil and bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting occasionally with the glaze.
