A delicious and easy-to-make version of the Taco Bell Grilled Cheese Burrito that you can enjoy at home.

- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, ground beef, nacho cheese sauce, and taco seasoning.
- Spread the mixture onto a large flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
- Fold the tortilla tightly, ensuring all the filling is sealed inside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down and cook until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the burrito and cook the other side until crispy and the cheese has melted.
- Slice in half and serve with sour cream.
Notes
- Add some jalapeños for a spicy kick.
- Use a combination of different cheeses for extra flavor.
