Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and salt.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them.
  4. Add pineapple chunks on top of the chicken.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
