- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and salt.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them.
- Add pineapple chunks on top of the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Great served over rice or with a side of steamed vegetables.
