Ingredients

  • 8 ounces stir-fry noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound beef flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Cook the stir-fry noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp and beef, cooking until the shrimp turns pink and the beef is browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and garlic, stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to coat the meat and vegetables.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until heated through.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
