- 1 pound beef flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the stir-fry noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp and beef, cooking until the shrimp turns pink and the beef is browned, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables and garlic, stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to coat the meat and vegetables.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
