A delicious blend of steak and shrimp stir-fried with noodles and vegetables, perfect for a special at-home meal.

- 8 ounces lo mein noodles
- 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced thin
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- ΒΌ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove shrimp and set aside with the steak.
- Add bell pepper, snap peas, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the steak and shrimp back to the skillet along with cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the steak in soy sauce and ginger before cooking.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or broccoli.
