- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add the ground beef to the pot and brown it over medium heat.
- In the same pot, add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and herbs. Mix well.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and let it cook for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Chop the cooked turkey bacon and stir it back into the sauce.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
