Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Crisp the turkey bacon in a skillet, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and basil.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well combined.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
