Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the crushed pretzels with melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar, then spread in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the remaining sugar until smooth and mix in the whipped topping.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
