- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup strawberry jello
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the crushed pretzels with melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar, then spread in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the remaining sugar until smooth and mix in the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry jello in boiling water and mix in the sliced strawberries.
- Pour the jello mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set.
