Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (6 ounces) strawberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water. Stir in cold water and add sliced strawberries. Let cool until mixture thickens slightly.
  6. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
