- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 package (6 ounces) strawberry jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water. Stir in cold water and add sliced strawberries. Let cool until mixture thickens slightly.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
