A delicious and refreshing dessert that combines the flavors of strawberries, pretzels, and cream.

- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Let it cool slightly, then add sliced strawberries.
- Carefully pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, add fresh mint leaves for garnish.
- Can be made a day in advance for best results.
