Description

Deliciously refreshing, these keto and dairy-free strawberry lemonade popsicles are the perfect treat for hot days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener (like erythritol)
  • 1/2 cup water


Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberries, coconut milk, lemon juice, sweetener, and water until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  4. To remove popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
