Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener (like erythritol)
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Blend the strawberries, coconut milk, lemon juice, sweetener, and water until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To remove popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- For more intense flavor, add a few lemon zest.
