Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, pureed


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, starting and ending with the flour mixture.
  6. Fold in the strawberry puree until just combined.
