- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and strawberry puree, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then let cool.
- Top with whipped cream and additional strawberry puree before serving.
Notes
- For a fun variation, try adding a layer of chocolate ganache on top.
- Make sure to chill for at least 2 hours for best results.
