Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, and egg to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually incorporate the flour, salt, and cinnamon until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread with cream cheese, and top with chopped strawberries.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  10. While baking, prepare the glaze by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest.
  11. Drizzle the glaze over warm rolls before serving.
