Ingredients

  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon and add sliced strawberries before rolling it up.
  8. Slice the rolls and place them in a greased baking pan.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
