Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and green onions until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  5. Brush the meatballs with the glaze and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. For the spicy mayo, combine mayo and sriracha in a bowl and mix well.
  7. Serve the meatballs hot, drizzled with the spicy mayo and garnished with additional green onions.
