- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and green onions until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Brush the meatballs with the glaze and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- For the spicy mayo, combine mayo and sriracha in a bowl and mix well.
- Serve the meatballs hot, drizzled with the spicy mayo and garnished with additional green onions.
