- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
- Take a small amount of the mixture, flatten it in your palm, and place a cube of mozzarella in the center. Wrap the meat around the cheese and roll it into a ball.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
