Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture at the wider end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the crescent dough over the filling, starting from the wide end down to the point.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a twist, add some crumbled feta cheese to the filling.
