- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture at the wider end of each triangle.
- Roll the crescent dough over the filling, starting from the wide end down to the point.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a twist, add some crumbled feta cheese to the filling.
- These rolls can be served hot or at room temperature.
