Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the yellow squash and onions until soft.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked squash and onions with eggs, cheese, turkey bacon, crushed crackers, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
