Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until peaches are tender and mixture thickens.
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of peach filling on one half of each circle, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the pies in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze. Drizzle over the warm pies.
