- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
- Place the chicken legs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
- Brush with the marinade halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
