Description

These S’mores Bars are an indulgent treat that combines the classic flavors of s’mores into a delicious, easy-to-make dessert. Perfect for gatherings or a sweet snack!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup milk chocolate bars, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  3. Add the melted butter and egg to the mixture, stirring until combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  6. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the baked crust.
  7. Layer the chopped chocolate bars on top of the marshmallows and chips.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until marshmallows are golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of sea salt on top before baking.
