Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks, then return it to the slow cooker.
  5. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and add to the slow cooker.
  6. Stir everything to combine and serve warm.
