- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks, then return it to the slow cooker.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and add to the slow cooker.
- Stir everything to combine and serve warm.

- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
