Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sirloin steak
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme


Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. Place the potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Lay the seasoned steak on top of the potatoes.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the steak.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
  7. Once done, slice the steak and serve with potatoes.
