- 2 pounds sirloin steak
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Place the potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Lay the seasoned steak on top of the potatoes.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the steak.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
- Once done, slice the steak and serve with potatoes.
