- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Add cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet. Stir and cook until the spinach wilts.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until well combined.
