Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
