Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas and carrots)
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups tater tots
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add the mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish evenly.
- Top with tater tots and cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
