Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 cups whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup mint extract
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • Green sprinkles for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the chocolate cookies and combine with melted butter.
  3. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped topping and mint extract.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust.
  7. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding mix.
  8. Once the pudding is thickened, spread it over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and sprinkle with green sprinkles.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
