Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a small amount of batter, spreading it evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add seafood and lemon juice, cooking until heated through.
- Place a spoonful of the seafood mixture on each crepe, sprinkle cheese on top, and fold.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
